CHARISMA OWN OF THE INSTITUTE
FRANCISCAN SISTERS OF TRANSFIGURATION
With the assumption of the new name, "Franciscan Sisters of the Transfiguration", the specific or specific of the Institute's charism is summarized in the two expressions
"From the hands of the Father, the Son and the Spirit, letting oneself be transfigured to transfigure"
"Transfigurare omnia in Christo".
The Franciscan Sisters of the Transfiguration through the religious profession, following more closely Christ and moved by the Holy Spirit, want to live in a communion of love in fraternity the conformative adhesion to Christ Jesus who transfigures the person making it Christlike and has love universal and the holy spirit of service towards the least to mark indelibly the ecclesial, social, political and ecological life for a global transfiguration of history towards the conquest of Divine Beauty, signified by the marvelous beauty of creation and the harmony of man and of woman, as God thought of them "in the beginning".
The Institute is open to Missionariness as a service of evangelization and of human promotion.
